Sales & Marketing Manager | Technical OEM Sales | Executive Leadership

We're partnering with an established U.S. manufacturer seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development, coach a growing sales team, and help shape the future commercial strategy of a highly respected engineering-driven organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive profitable growth.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new OEM customers through consultative business development.
• Manage complex sales opportunities with 6–12+ month sales cycles.
• Coach and mentor an inside sales representative while supporting an external manufacturer's rep network.
• Build strong relationships with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to develop customized customer solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting process using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of B2B technical or engineered product sales experience

Proven success selling into OEM manufacturers

Demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business

Experience leading or coaching sales professionals

Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing long sales cycles

Ability to collaborate with engineering and operations to solve complex customer challenges

Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where wearing multiple hats is part of the culture

Location: Montgomeryville, PA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (primarily onsite with flexibility to work remotely approximately one day per week)

Travel: Approximately 20% travel, including customer visits, trade shows, and industry events (typically 1–2 trips per month)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary $110,000–$135,000

Bonus: 15–25% Variable Component

On-Target Earnings: $130,000–$170,000
