Dog Daycare Operations Manager & Enrichment Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Location: Nanuet, NY About Us Paw Pals is one of Rockland County's premier dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training facilities. We are passionate about providing exceptional care while creating a safe, enriching, and fun environment for every dog that walks through our doors. We're looking for a strong leader to oversee our daycare operations, develop our team, and continue raising the standard of care we provide. Position Summary The Dog Daycare Operations Manager & Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of our daycare program. This individual will manage staff, oversee dog playgroups, create enrichment activities, maintain safety standards, and ensure every guest receives exceptional care. This is an active, hands-on leadership position. You'll spend time working directly with dogs while also coaching employees, improving operations, and helping grow the department.
