Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Operations / Regional Manager for a growing, multi-location company operating approximately 10 locations. This role is focused on field operations and the setup, launch, and growth of a children’s indoor play and activity business. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple company locations Take an active role in the setup, opening, and scaling of a children’s indoor play concept Manage day-to-day field operations, workflows, and operational standards Coordinate staff scheduling, coverage, and team organization Monitor employee performance and provide hands-on support and coaching Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of staff Work closely with payroll, time tracking, and attendance management Maintain high standards of safety, customer experience, and operational efficiency Prepare weekly operational and performance reports for ownership Support on-site promotions, events, and operational initiatives Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in the field Qualifications Previous experience in multi-location operations or regional management Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Native-level English and fluent Turkish (required) Must reside in North New Jersey Comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based role Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay performance-based bonus and commission Long-term growth and advancement opportunities Dynamic and fast-growing work environment Location: New Jersey area (North NJ preferred) Employment Type: Full-time, on-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
