We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Administrator to join our award-winning team in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. This in-office role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking a flexible part-time schedule in a collaborative investment banking environment.

You'll play an important role in supporting the firm's day-to-day accounting and administrative operations, including client billing, payroll processing, reconciliations, expense reporting, accounts receivable, and maintaining organized financial records.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing client billing
• Submitting payroll through ADP
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
• Completing bank and company credit card reconciliations
• Managing accounts receivable and routine accounting records
• Maintaining organized financial and administrative documentation
• Assisting with other general accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience preferred
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with ADP payroll and QuickBooks accounting software preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfortable working independently in a professional office environment
