Manager, Behavioral Health

**Qualifications Needed:**
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current, unrestricted Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 7-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to direct unit operations and establish care standards.
- Proficient in budget management and regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring nursing staff.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office and related applications.
- Clinical expertise in behavioral health nursing.
