We are seeking a Principal Program Manager – OCI Data Center Investments to support strategic investment initiatives that enable global infrastructure expansion and long-term business growth.

In this role, you will combine expertise in financial analysis, investment strategy, capital planning, and stakeholder management to evaluate and execute infrastructure investment opportunities. You will partner with finance, engineering, operations, legal, and executive leadership teams to develop data-driven recommendations that support cloud infrastructure growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Investment Strategy

• Support the development and execution of infrastructure investment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Evaluate large-scale capital allocation opportunities and investment alternatives.
• Analyze investment priorities and recommend strategies that maximize long-term value creation.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives supporting global infrastructure expansion.

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and return-on-investment assessments.
• Analyze project economics, operating costs, capital expenditures, and long-term financial impacts.
• Prepare quantitative analyses that support strategic business decisions and investment approvals.

Infrastructure Investment Evaluation

• Assess data center, cloud infrastructure, and digital infrastructure investment opportunities.
• Evaluate project viability, risk profiles, financing structures, and expected returns.
• Support due diligence activities and investment assessments for complex projects and initiatives.
• Develop recommendations based on financial, operational, and strategic considerations.

Financing & Investment Structuring

• Evaluate financing alternatives and capital deployment strategies.
• Support the development of investment structures that optimize capital efficiency and business outcomes.
• Analyze debt, equity, leasing, and partnership models used to support infrastructure growth.
• Recommend financing approaches aligned with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.

Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams including:

• Manage complex investment initiatives from evaluation through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure projects progress according to established timelines.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and key milestones associated with investment programs.
• Drive effective governance and decision-making processes.

Executive Reporting & Decision Support

• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate investment opportunities, financial impacts, risks, and expected outcomes clearly and effectively.
• Support executive reviews and capital approval processes.
• Deliver actionable insights that facilitate informed business decisions.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and assess financial, operational, and market risks associated with investment opportunities.
• Develop mitigation strategies and alternative planning scenarios.
• Monitor investment performance and support post-investment evaluations.
• Recommend improvements that enhance capital allocation effectiveness and decision quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in:
• Corporate Finance
• Investment Banking
• Infrastructure Investing
• Capital Planning
• Strategic Finance
• Related investment-focused roles
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis expertise.
• Experience evaluating large-scale capital investment opportunities.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced business or finance qualification.
