Weekend REQ: Yes - this is a weekend position (thurs/fri/sat) National Certs required: one of the following: CBSPD or CRCST (Through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) BLS REQ: (Y/N) No SPD Instrument Tracking: Censis CensiTrac strongly preferred Belimed washers/sterilizers Preferred Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs?
