Production Worker Opportunity
$3,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift or $5,000 sign-on bonus for 2nd shift! Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic team in Maple Lake, MN? Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $19 $20/hr. | PLUS, a $3,000 or $5,000 sign-on bonus (shift dependent)
Hours:
- 1st shift | 6 AM 4 PM | Monday Friday
- 2nd shift | 3:45 PM 1:45 AM | Monday Thursday
Hiring Bonus:
- 1st shift | Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 90 days
- 2nd shift | Get $2,000 upon hire and $3,000 after 90 days

Duties of the production worker:
- Operate equipment, including power tools and specialized instruments used in operations
- Assist in the training of team members as needed
- Meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems as required
- Ensure assembly parts meet quality standards
Requirements of the production worker:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience in rotational molding is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
