Machine Operators Wanted

Masterson Staffing Solutions is now recruiting Machine Operators for our client customer in Maple Lake, MN. 2nd shift: 3:45p-1:45a M-Thurs $20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rotational molding equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
• Load and unload molds with raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor molding cycles and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality.
• Remove finished products from molds and perform necessary trimming, assembly, or finishing tasks.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions.
• Assist with mold changes, machine maintenance, and cleaning as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and tools

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plastic molding or manufacturing preferred but not requiredon-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a hot manufacturing environment and follow all safety regulations.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed.
• Driver's License required.
