Entry Level Machine Operator
Looking to start a career in metal manufacturing? Twin City Staffing is hiring entry level machine operators for a manufacturer in the Maple Lake, MN area! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone entering the workforce or looking for a stable career change. Work in a temperature-controlled environment that features an on-site gym and basketball court for employees!
Location: Maple Lake, MN
Wage: $18.00 $20.00/hr. | DOE
Hours:
- Nights: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM | Monday Thursday
- Overtime on Fridays as required.

Duties of the entry level machine operator:
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, press brakes, punch presses, and drill presses
- Produce high-quality parts according to training standards
- Meet minimum production goals consistently
- Bend, twist, reach, and stand for the duration of the shift
- Handle and process various sizes of metal components and heavy parts
Requirements of the entry level machine operator:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience (a plus)
- Ability to work consistent schedules and overtime
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
