Machine Operator / Assembler
Twin City Staffing is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in Maple Lake! This role is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on manufacturing and are looking for a company that rewards commitment with a significant hiring bonus and a stable four-day work week. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $19.00 $20.00/hr. (Depending on Experience) Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! ($1,000 at hire and $2,000 after 6 months) Hours: 3:45 PM 1:45 AM, Monday Thursday

Duties
- Run production machines to fabricate recreational components
- Use hand and power tools for parts assembly
- Follow blueprints and technical drawings for accuracy
- Trim, deburr, and inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain a clean workstation and organized floor
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
- Coordinate with the team to hit daily production targets
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of rotational molding is a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work style
- Reliable attendance for the 2nd shift schedule
