This role has direct responsibility for all of AIS' operational functions which include the following key areas:* Supply chain management* Sales and operations planning (S&OP)* Customer on-boarding* Program management* Customer experience* Integration and manufacturing strategy and footprint* Post-sale service, support, and logistics* Business processes and transformation* This is an executive level position and will be a key member of the AIS executive leadership team, reporting directly to the business unit president.**What we are looking for:*** 15 to 20 years of relevant operational experience at senior levels* Transformational experience with large multinational corporations* Deep understanding of the entire supply chain including the sales process**Work Arrangement:**Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home**What’s In It For You:**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
