Senior Director, Commercial Finance & Deal Desk Strategy

UKG

UKG is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Finance Deal Desk to lead the governance of material deal exceptions and nonstandard terms. Reporting to the VP, Revenue, you will shape strategy and mentor a high-caliber team.

You will drive financial analysis for executive decisions, build scalable tools (CPQ workflows), and partner across Sales, Legal, FP&A, Accounting and Product to ensure deals align with UKG's objectives and policy guardrails.
