Job Description As a Security Officer – Manufacturing Center – Full Time in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and respond to reports with clear communication and a customer-service mindset. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control processes, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and notifying appropriate contacts per post orders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and contractor logs according to site policies. Complete routine security-related reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs, communicating observations and/or concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
