ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our resin manufacturing company is seeking a Production Team Lead to support and oversee resin manufacturing operations. Team Leads ensure all production processes are completed correctly, including staging, prepping, loading, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. This role also ensures machinery and reactors operate properly and that operators are trained and proficient.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hands‐on leaders who can perform in a plant environment with varying climates. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent stair climbing and the ability to routinely lift 55 lbs . Blending or chemical‐handling experience is a plus. This position follows a rotating schedule , including every other weekend.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Start assembly and production machinery at the beginning of the shift
• Load reactors with materials at various stages
• Monitor production flow to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Monitor control boards to maintain production temperatures within specifications
• Perform sampling and testing to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and debris‐free production area
• Move materials to production areas as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines for handling materials
• Ensure production deadlines are met
• Report issues or concerns to the Supervisor
• Complete daily production tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

• Must have at least 2 years at most previous jobs
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a factory, plant, foundry, mill, manufacturing, or related environment
• Experience operating machinery or equipment
• Must pass drug screen and background check
