Immediately hiring Maintenance Technicians for a large manufacturing plant on the southside of San Antonio. 

Job Details: 

• Pay is up to $30/hr. based on experience.
• Shifts: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM & 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM.

Duties: 

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, conveyors, and pumps.
• Troubleshoot CNC, automated production, and PLC-controlled equipment. 
• Read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
• Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing production machinery and systems.
• Locate and identify faults and/or hazards, repair as required.
• Wire, build, and modify electrical control panels according to schematics and engineering drawings.
• Inspect, test, and replace transformers, breakers, fuses, and wiring harnesses.
• Run hydraulic hoses, repair leaks as necessary and run electrical conduit throughout production floor.
• Testing systems using multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, and other electrical diagnostic tools.

Requirements: 

• 2-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. More experienced technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.
