We are seeking to hire college students, recent graduates and experienced professionals motivated to be the difference in the lives of children, youth and young adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and families impacted by ASD.Autism HOPE is a community based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency serving children, youth, and young adults ages 3-21. We are small enough to hear your voice and large enough to help you acquire new skills to ultimately become an expert in the field of ABA.Required qualifications:· Minimum of a Master's degree level· Professional Liability insurance· Favorable Clearances· Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA· Reliable transportation· Spanish is a plusGeneral responsibilities:· Requires working in homes, schools, and communities with children diagnosed with Autism as prescribed in the treatment plan· Collecting and monitoring data to address needs of the child· Serves as the lead clinician· Response to emergency/crisis situations with team members and families· Participates in required meetings, evaluations, supervision and training· Completes all required clinical documentation· Other duties as related and assigned
