Job Summary Review the applications for study abroad weekly and share with faculty directors Front desk reception (answer emails, walk-ins, phone calls for OEA) Monitor scholarship awards Prepare list of students who need conduct review Enter travelers in STEP program Prepare travel insurance for each traveler Check issues in SLATE as sent by faculty or students Monitor View email address on click.appcast.io Meet with prospective students Manage applications for exchange students Update OEA website Prepare recruiting materials Prepare and participate in OEA events Required Qualifications Must be a current University of West Georgia student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours and maintaining at least a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average. Must be eligible for Federal Work Study Experience or interest studying abroad on a UWG faculty-led program. Professional and service-oriented attitude. Very detail-oriented. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Must be able to lift 15 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Office experience and a good understanding of marketing material creation.
