Description The Role at a Glance – Bill Jacobs BMW MINI Business Manager / Finance Manager / Finance Manager (F&I) | BMW & MINI Luxury Dealership. Bill Jacobs BMW MINI is a part of Bill Jacobs Motorsport, a family-owned and entrepreneurial company supporting luxury brands such as BMW, MINI, Land Rover, and Volkswagen and Ambassador Auto Reconditioning. The Finance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the group by selling finance and insurance products to new and used car customers and delivering exceptional customer service. What you’ll be doing Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers – achieving or exceeding product penetration and PVR goals. Sell extended warranties and all other aftermarket items. Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, the manufacturer, and vendors. Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals. Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. What’s it like to work here? At Bill Jacobs Motorsport, we love what we do. Requirements Job Requirements What we’re looking for Must-haves 1+ years of Finance Manager experience is required; luxury automotive experience preferred. Proficiency in menu selling. CDK proficiency is a must. Ability to read credit bureaus and understand bank guidelines and programs. Comprehensive understanding of laws and policies for compliance. Must exhibit strong customer service skills including the ability to communicate clearly, express empathy, and demonstrate active listening skills. Professional personal appearance.
