Accounts Receivable Accountant
This position is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer invoices and ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Managing customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
- Monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable aging and collections performance
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related area
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
