Job Title: Full-Cycle Recruiter

Company: Home Health Care, Inc. + Family of Businesses

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year + Commission

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Position Summary: Our team is searching for a driven and energetic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team! We support a family of businesses that relies on a lot of clinicians to support patients who are receiving healthcare services at home and in facilities. If you have prior experience recruiting Caregivers, Nurses, Therapists, and other office staff, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities:

• Full-cyclerecruiting responsibilities for home care caregivers and select additionalroles
• Responsible forrole-related advertising, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offering
• Workcollaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes,and fine-tune hiring efforts
• Makerecommendations and adjustments to ensure the most collaborative hiringand onboarding procedures for each brand
• Contributeideas towards multiple companies and departments to improve processes

Qualifications:

• Stronginterpersonal communication skills are a must-have
• Proven abilityto plan and prioritize your work week
• Demonstratedability to set and achieve hiring metrics and project goals
• A degree inCommunications, Psychology, or related field is required
• Healthcareindustry knowledge is ideal
• Experience in aRecruiting/Talent Acquisition environment is preferred
