Hardware Technical Product Manager (TPM)We are seeking an experienced Hardware Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead a large-scale Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration initiative within an enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end operating system deployment strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying alternative deployment solutions beyond traditional tools like MDT. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise OS rollouts, hardware lifecycle management, and technical program leadership, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and vendor teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage enterprise-wide Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration programs.Define and execute deployment strategies, including compatibility assessments, pilot programs, and phased rollouts.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evaluate and implement alternative deployment tools and frameworks.Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during migration efforts.Drive implementation using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies.Oversee endpoint provisioning, imaging, configuration, and deployment processes.Ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, and support standards.Lead end-to-end hardware lifecycle programs, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.Partner with OEMs and vendors on device strategy, certification, and roadmap alignment.Manage hardware standardization efforts across large, distributed environments.Translate business and technical requirements into product roadmaps, features, and release plans.Create and manage user stories, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.Coordinate with engineering, security, operations, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions.Drive alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.Define and track KPIs and success metrics for migration and deployment programs.Use data-driven insights to improve adoption, performance, and operational efficiency.Provide regular reporting and executive updates on program status.Required Qualifications4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Technical Program Management.Proven experience leading Windows OS migration projects (Windows 10 to Windows 11) in enterprise environments.Hands-on expertise with deployment tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, MDT, or similar technologies.Experience supporting large-scale deployments (10,000+ endpoints preferred).Strong understanding of endpoint management, imaging, driver management, and deployment logistics.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex enterprise programs.Experience in roadmap planning, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.Preferred QualificationsExperience identifying and implementing modern deployment solutions beyond MDT.Familiarity with hardware certification processes and OEM/vendor engagement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
