Job TitleFast paced technical teamRelatively smaller size team (15 partners)Owning platforms that are critical within developmentCross functional working environmentSupport of the analytics support team within Starbucks.Ability to be transparent, connect regularly with the team, acting inclusively, work efficientlySupport the tools and featuresVery large project including Tableau and moving it to cloud based server (participation varies based on skillset)Manage product planning and execution through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, engineers, and business or subject matter experts.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business priority and technology strategy by articulating the business challenges as technical user stories.Build and evangelize product roadmaps broadly to various levels of leadership.Drive technical solution for large features/technically complex features independently.Create functional and technical specifications to ensure engineering team has needed information on requirements and definition of done.Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success and adoption.Help resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams.Identify technical tradeoffs, escalates risks, and manages mitigation in collaboration with neighbor teams.Communicate effectively with technology and business teams independently.Act as a coach/mentor to team on various technical product manager competencies
