Senior Technical Product Manager

Technical Product ManagerThis role will serve as technical owner (accountable IT representative) and will be responsible for technical stewardship. TPM will partner with multiple business & technology teams to drive/learn/document current state capabilities/experiences that will lead into designing future state process efficiency and modernization.This effort will require ability to prioritize; lead/participate technical discussions; determine Minimal Viable Product and collaborating/documenting overall technical delivery strategy for elevate program. The TPM will also partner across technology groups to capture current state technical capabilities/challenges & drive future state design for a complete and concise solution that addresses the business need and will frequently lead cross domain initiatives beginning to end.TPM will also communicate technical and functional requirements using an effective, efficient, and creative approach and always with a high degree of collaboration and influence. TPM will Identifies improvements, recommend critical items for decision making, and works with subject matter experts and leaders throughout the organization to recommend solutions.Preferred experience on:ERP Solutions.Leading medium/large initiatives.Building and giving compelling presentations.Communicating to leaders across the company.Influencing teams/ideas.StrategyPartners with the business to drive strategy, prioritization, approach, and goals of initiative.Prepares high level solution design presentations for leadership review.Serves as a SME for given workstream.Manages inception activities, including breakdown of product requirements and MVP scope definition.Partners with resources to define technology strategy approach for initiatives and to provide recommendations on scope delivery phasing/work streamProject ManagementOwns scope decomposition and negotiation of MVP for cross domain initiatives and solutions.Performs day-to-day management of business stakeholder relationships on cross domain initiatives.Provides leadership in evolving design and orchestrates solutions across domain teamsMinimum Required8+ years’ Experience.Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiencesStrong knowledge and demonstrated application of all facets of systems development lifecycle and technology operations.Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software.Experience in delivering large business/technology initiativesCollaboratively and objectively assesses benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders.Ability to leverage business knowledge, sound judgement, and resourcefulness to determine appropriate course of action in challenging, ambiguous situationsProven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
