Technical Delivery ManagerSeeking a Technical Delivery Manager who will drive our client's on their Digital Platform Engineering (DPE) team! For this position, we're seeking highly motivated self-starter who have strong technical capabilities and ready to wear many hats to ensure success! Must have experience delivering customer facing mobile or web apps! Local candidates willing to be onsite in Seattle are preferred. This candidate has a technical background and attention to detail enable them to identify risks, drive development with predictability and challenge assumptions. Relationships and teamwork are important to how the candidate inspires and leads the teams to deliver their best work. Recommends and plans innovative products and featuresAnalysis & KPIs• Defines and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success• Defines product health and performance metrics• Creates dashboard/reporting requirements and KPIs to measure product performance• Measures feature success post deployment and feeds insights back to the team and business partnersCommunication & Collaboration• Interacts directly with business stakeholders to understand business problems• Presents options/recommendations clearly and persuasively to support business stakeholder decisions• Works with engineering teams to understand, prioritize and document technical and non-functional features.• Owns effective relationships with engineering teams across Starbucks TechnologyProduct Planning & Delivery• Practices iterative, agile development• Identifies and documents technical tradeoffs as well as dependencies and constraints• Performs validation of feature against stated goals• Helps resolve technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams• Works with cross-functional teams on feature sizing and delivery planning• Effective communications of product delivery milestones and progress• Works with product, producers, engineering, and QA to align on feature sizing and delivery planning• Performs validation of feature against customer and business goals and acceptance criteria• Works with product managers to scope and prioritize upcoming projects into the roadmap• Contributes to a cross-team digital product roadmapJob Requirements• 4+ years experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with hands on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders.• 4+ years experience using analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.• 4+ years experience on technology teams with designers and engineers leading the delivering of complex customer facing product either web or mobile but both preferred.
