Manager, Commercial Strategy & Effectiveness

Summary The Manager, Commercial Strategy & Effectiveness translates business priorities and data-driven insights into actionable strategies to improve sales, channel performance, and distributor partnerships. This role builds reporting and analytical frameworks, drives adoption of commercial data products, and supports Route-to-Market optimization. The position is hybrid, based in the NYC office. Responsibilities Develop channel-specific sales strategies and activation tools for brands across channels and segments. Establish and monitor business and brand KPIs; prepare strategic presentations for senior management and partners. Analyze Route-to-Market models and sales route performance to identify efficiency and coverage improvements. Design and deliver commercial performance dashboards, narratives, and data products to support decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Commercial Education, BI, and distributor stakeholders to operationalize data assets. Monitor market intelligence and identify growth and profit pool opportunities to inform resource allocation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business analysis, business intelligence, or business planning with a focus on RTM and sales effectiveness. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Working knowledge of analytics, data visualization, and AI-enabled capabilities; ability to design elasticity, ROI, optimization, and segmentation analyses.
