Technical Business Analyst

Seeking a highly analytical and technical Technical Business Analyst for a full-time remote position, this role will manage the transition of a major enterprise client from a legacy system to a modern SaaS platform by conducting detailed systems analysis, facilitating Agile delivery, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed mapping of clinical, ordering, purchasing, and operational workflows across legacy and SaaS environments Independently investigate complex technical problems, conduct data analysis, and establish KPIs Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies to ensure predictable team delivery and maintain project organization Required Qualifications Experience in audiology, clinical management, or allied healthcare domains Proven track record with high-touch enterprise accounts and stakeholder management Ability to write queries, review system architecture, and understand data models Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a fast-paced environment Strong emotional intelligence and resilience in navigating ambiguity and tight deadlines
