Job Description Job Description Description: Innovations Community Mental Health Center delivers compassionate, client-centered behavioral health services throughout Texas. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Intake Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support both client intake and general office operations. Position Summary: This dual-role position is responsible for managing the intake process for new clients while also supporting day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Intake Coordination Receive and process new client referrals from schools, physicians, courts, and community partners Contact clients to complete screening, verify insurance (including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans), and collect documentation Schedule initial psychiatric evaluations, therapy, or case management Job Type: Full-time Medical Specialty: Psychiatry Schedule: Monday to Friday Requirements:
