Overview The Brand Engagement Specialist is a dynamic, field-based role responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth forBELLA+CANVAS across local and regional markets within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with distributor sales representatives, print partners, decorators, and key customers through impactful brand education, product storytelling, strategic presentations, and consistent market engagement. This role requires a highly relationship-driven, organized, and proactive individual with the ability to influence buying decisions, identify growth opportunities, and deliver elevated brand experiences that strengthen customer affinity and increase sales performance. The Brand Engagement Specialist operates independently in the field while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional customers to drive sales growth and increase brand loyalty for BELLA+CANVAS products. Partner closely with distributor sales representatives in the field to support account growth, customer engagement, and territory development. Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering compelling product education, brand storytelling, and customer presentations tailored to various audiences and business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of customer business models, programs, target demographics, and end-user markets to identify meaningful sales opportunities. Identify, target, and convert competitive business through strategic relationship building and solution-based selling. Recognize underpenetrated product categories and implement initiatives to increase product adoption and share of wallet. Execute engaging in-person and virtual trainings, sales meetings, customer events, and product presentations for both small and large groups. Maintain strong knowledge of the apparel industry, competitive landscape, market trends, and the full BELLA+CANVAS product assortment. Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to develop effective sales tools, presentations, customer-facing materials, and training content. Provide ongoing market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and territory updates to internal leadership teams. Accurately track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems. Represent BELLA+CANVAS at industry trade shows, customer events, and regional sales meetings as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in sales, brand engagement, account management, or related customer-facing roles or equivalent education Experience within apparel, print, promotional products, wholesale, or related industries is preferred Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels Highly relationship-oriented with strong interpersonal and networking abilities Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based territory independently Ability to analyze customer opportunities and execute growth strategies effectively Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while representing a premium brand professionally WHAT’S our offer? Salary Range: You`ll earn between $ 67,725.00 - $90,000.00 annually, depending on experience. Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary. Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off. B+C Remote: Our standard working hours are 9:00-6:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds.
