We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening shift team at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Our state-of-the-art facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, is dedicated to delivering exceptional sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents.

Role Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during the evening shift. Your expertise will be critical in assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals during the evening shift, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing administration and medical director
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; current state of Florida licensure as a Registered Nurse; 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting
