Role Description The ABA Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified ABA professionals, including Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs, to support SoaringHigh ABA’s growing client base. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, actively sourcing candidates through online platforms and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers. The ABA Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage communications throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. This role also involves collaborating with leadership to understand staffing needs, tracking recruitment metrics, and assisting with employer branding initiatives to highlight SoaringHigh ABA as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening, including use of job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and team members.
• Comfort with remote work tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and basic data tracking or reporting in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of ABA services, RBT/BCBA roles, and credentialing or licensing processes is highly beneficial.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
