Senior Missile Defense Integration EngineerPeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.We are seeking a highly motivated, independent engineer to serve as a program scheduler and data visualization expert, developing advanced analytical tools and robust management dashboards for multiple, simultaneous complex programs. This position requires a proactive, self-directed professional who excels at taking high-level objectives and independently producing fully developed, technically sound tools and solutions.The Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for leading complex scheduling, analytical tool development, and enterprise data visualization efforts. Duties include:Serving as the primary scheduler for multiple, concurrent complex defense programsDesigning, building, and maintaining scalable scheduling and analytical tools enabling continuous tracking and optimizationLeveraging Palantir's "Foundry" to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards, converting complex datasets into clear, actionable executive-level visual productsDeveloping advanced reporting solutions in Tableau and PowerBIUsing PowerApps to automate workflows and streamline program management processesProviding periodic database management support and assisting with SharePoint site administrationOperating independently - translating abstract, high-level objectives into complete, functioning tools without step-by-step guidanceQualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:Extensive experience serving as the primary scheduler for multiple simultaneous complex programsAbility to develop analytical and visualization toolsAbility to work proactively and independently with minimal supervisionMust be a U.S. CitizenAn active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.Education Requirements:Master's degree in a STEM field and 12+ years of engineering experienceAlternatively: Bachelor's degree in STEM + 20+ years of experience may be consideredDesired Skills:Experience supporting database administrationExperience with SharePoint site managementHigh proficiency in Tableau and/or PowerBIDevelopment experience using PowerAppsExperience with Palantir's AI-based software development environmentsStrong ability to synthesize technical data into executive-level productsFamiliarity with missile defense or other complex DoD program environmentsOverviewPeople First.
