Executive Operations Coordinator

Search for specific products, services, articles, topics, etc. cPort Credit Union is seeking a full time Executive Operations Coordinator in our Main Office based in Portland. The Executive Operations Coordinator provides confidential administrative and project management support to the President & CEO, Executive Leadership Committee, and the Board of Directors. This position presents an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to efficiently oversee multiple high-profile priorities that intersect with various areas across the credit union. Location This is an in-office position, based out of the Main Office in Portland, ME. Required skills: Exceptional initiative, consistently achieving high-quality results with minimal supervision Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Technological skills and knowledge, including computer literacy and strong proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Supports the President & CEO with daily tasks associated with the credit union's operations Coordinates and executes a wide range of employee and board events, ensuring seamless organization and exceptional experiences Performs administrative controls duties including, but not limited to, distributing incoming mail, planning and scheduling meetings, analyzing data and generating reports for executive review Manages incoming communications and ensuring timely responses Coordinates branch facility maintenance and serve as the vendor relationship manager for various branch maintenance relationships Assists the Executive Leadership Committee with projects and priorities Performs various other duties and provides event support as needed Education Bachelor's Degree preferred; strong experience in lieu of degree considered. cPort Credit Union takes pride in providing our members with exceptional personalized service in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
