Safety Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused professional to join a growing EHS team supporting large-scale construction projects. This individual will initially join the team as a Safety Specialist and receive hands-on training before transitioning into a Safety Management role on an upcoming project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their safety career and grow into a leadership position. Responsibilities Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across active construction sites Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, providing corrective actions when needed Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations Maintain safety documentation and reporting requirements Partner with field leadership and craft personnel to proactively identify and mitigate risks Assist with training and mentoring field personnel on safety best practices Support project leadership in maintaining a safe and productive work environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of construction safety experience preferred Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments and build relationships with field teams Data center experience is preferred but not required Willingness to work flexible schedules during the training period, including occasional night shifts if needed Why Join This Opportunity?
