IMI programs create brand value and opportunities with consumers while driving food and beverage sales and profits for our Hospitality Operator clients. Job Description: We have an opening for a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Bar Program Sr. Project Manager, Luxury, to lead and support bar program initiatives across North America for luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands. This role serves as the operational backbone for beverage program execution, overseeing multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery across a diverse portfolio of properties. The Bar Program Sr. Project Manager, Luxury will provide end-to-end project leadership for beverage initiatives, partnering closely with brand marketing, operations, creative services, suppliers, and property teams to bring innovative concepts to life. From menu development and digital training platforms to vendor coordination and operational rollouts, this individual will drive execution with precision while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset that fosters strong cross-functional relationships. Adaptability I Communication I Job-Related Business Focus I Planning & Organizing I Problem Solving Teamwork I Technical Expertise / Work Habits CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end-to-end project management of North American bar program initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple properties, brands, and stakeholders Manage complex timelines, track project status, and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and client stakeholders Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, including audits, menu strategy, vendor coordination, training programs, and operational rollouts Maintain rigorous follow-up and accountability across all phases of project execution Own the end-to-end menu design and development process, from initial inquiry and concepting through creative direction, proofing, and final production, ensuring seamless coordination with internal creative services teams and timely delivery to properties Support vendor-related initiatives, including menu development, digital platforms, and brand activations, to ensure premium, cohesive execution Facilitate collaboration between brand marketing, operations, and supplier partners to bring programs to life at the property level Own the ongoing management and evolution of the beverage digital training platform, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand and program priorities Coordinate with internal teams, brand partners, and subject matter experts to develop, update, and deploy training modules that support program rollouts and operational excellence Maintain and manage databases tracking compliance, program adoption, openings, and exceptions across the portfolio Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to all aspects of the role Build strong, collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, including operations, brand, marketing, and external partners Navigate matrixed organizations with ease, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders and priorities Maintain a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and service orientation in all interactions QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred Experience in progressive food and beverage management in a luxury environment (a plus) Strong analytical skills required with proven results of working with large sets of data and information Experience managing a high volume of projects and timelines with full execution of some projects Experience working in matrix organizations and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Proficient in Excel, PPT, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel pivot tables, and other Microsoft tools and document programs Familiarity in luxury lodging operations and its departmental data sources (a plus) Experience working in a large professional corporate environment Successful record of completion on high-level Project Management duties and leadership with the ability to balance priorities Strong presentation, writing, and time management skills Strong team player who demonstrates organizational and interpersonal skills Plans, directs, and coordinates activities on projects with multiple work streams Flexible and able to work with different management styles Takes initiative and is a part of the solution to issues and problems High-energy people skills and a professional demeanor Hospitable, with a service-prone, client-first mentality Candidates should be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and contributes to solutions.
