Grievance Coordinator - Medicare (remote MA only)

We’re seeking a highly organized and articulate professional to join a healthcare team as a Grievance Coordinator. This role focuses on responding to member concerns related to Medicare Advantage plans, balancing accurate documentation with clear, compassionate communication. You’ll handle sensitive issues and ensure timely, compliant resolutions, making a real difference in members’ experiences.
