Array Radio Frequency Electronics Engineering Senior Manager Location: El Segundo, California (100% onsite). Position Responsibilities Execution and implementation of integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures Providing input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives Acquiring resources for departmental activities Providing technical management of suppliers Leading process improvement initiatives Developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Providing oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes pertaining to Phased Array units and modules Managing, developing, and motivating individual contributors Driving employee performance development, hiring, and staffing projections Travel at least 10% of the time (as required) Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams for commercial or government satellite programs 10+ years of experience in the field of RF electronics, RF/Microwave test, and phased array electronics Preferred Qualifications Advanced technical degree within engineering, mathematics, or physics (ABET accreditation is preferred) Experience in the defense or aerospace industry Experience developing and enforcing engineering processes Other Employment Details Travel at least 10% of the time.
