Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This driving post includes mobile responsibilities and calls for strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and associate traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction. Support loss prevention and store leadership with incident response, directional assistance, and detailed activity reports while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
