Pay Rate: $33.00/hour

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software (CATIA, Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, G-code, tooling, and precision measurement equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Job Duties:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual mills and lathes
• Create and optimize CNC programs for complex machined components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Perform machine setups, tooling selection, and fixture design
• Verify dimensions and quality using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make program adjustments as needed
• Calculate speeds, feeds, and machining requirements for various materials
• Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance procedures
• Follow all quality and safety standards

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Manual dexterity required for handling tools, parts, and measuring equipment
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing machinery
