What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient internal medicine care within a value-based care clinic
• Mentor internal medicine residents in clinical and scholarly activities focusing on health equity
• Teach and supervise residents in primary care, population health, and community-engaged medicine
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in scholarly projects
• Use evidence-based guidelines, population health tools, and care coordination strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Support operational processes and clinical standards enhancement

What You Need

• State medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Call for at least 3+ years of clinical experience in adult internal medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

• Experience in health equity-focused care or population health
• Prior teaching/mentorship experience
• Knowledge of value-based care frameworks and quality improvement methods
