Job TitleNew L09 Role Will Perform Lead Infra & DevOps Support Duties For The Marketing Automation Team Within DTXResponsibilitiesRole will perform lead infra & devOps support duties for the Marketing Automation team within DTX.Responsible for application & platform uptime and SLA of 99.97%.Lead root cause analysis and post mortems for incidents and outages.Collaborate with Application development teams to ensure application KPIs are > 90% throughout the year.Lead new initiative to support application growth, new features and extend emergency onCall support during non-business hours, from an engineering perspective.Responsible for Infra platform control ownership, risk assessment, implementation of new processes to conform to PEP IT & InfoSec controls to ensure 100 % compliance.Role is 40% operations & execution 40% tactical and 20% strategic.Role will have high level of decision making autonomy.Role will require low level supervision from manager.Role is of highest complexity.Role will have cross functional collaboration with Finance, Control & Compliance and Internal Audit teams.Compensation & BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
