Insurance experience is not required; we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English. Responsibilities: File paperwork Appointment Scheduling Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Mail billings. Dispense brochures. Update policyholder's contact information such as phone number and email address Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer. And more..
