As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting cross-departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $73.94

What's the Job?

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple departments within a business unit.
• Facilitate Agile methodology activities, including daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and align resources, establish responsibilities, and ensure project scope is maintained.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and expenses, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing risk and change adoption strategies.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Experience in release management and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a financial services organization is a plus.
