- Salary range: $120-135K DOE, plus equity, bonus and benefits
- Lead accounting-focused discovery with Controllers and Accounting leaders
- Assess ERP setups, close workflows, and accounting policies
- Define what can be automated versus configured or excluded
- Design and support implementation of automated accounting workflows
- Ensure accuracy, reconciliation integrity, and audit readiness in delivery
- Surface recurring accounting patterns and edge cases to inform internal playbooks
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as senior accountant and accounting manager
- Hands-on experience with multiple enterprise ERPs (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion)
- Hands on experience in complex, high-pressure close environments including general ledger accounting, monthly close, revenue recognition, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and GAAP accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting controls and audit procedures
- Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Comfortable working directly with Controllers and CFO's
