- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the development and execution of account strategies to achieve client goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate account performance.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Assist in resolving client issues and providing outstanding customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Prior internship or experience in account management is a plus.
