Schedule & Practice Model

Monday through Friday schedule. No nights or weekends required. No call coverage responsibilities. Average daily patient volume of approximately 1620 patients. Outpatient-only primary care setting.

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services. Manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan. Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care. Perform preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EMR.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $159,000$187,000. Sign-on bonus available. 95% employer-paid health insurance. Dental and vision insurance. 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match. 13 paid holidays annually. 13 vacation days plus 12 sick days. CME allowance plus paid CME time. State and HRSA loan repayment eligibility. Malpractice insurance coverage. Annual license reimbursement and renewal support.

Requirements

Family Nurse Practitioner license in California REQUIRED. Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience REQUIRED. Primary care experience REQUIRED. Experience managing an independent patient panel preferred. Strong outpatient clinical and relationship-building skills REQUIRED. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Bilingual candidates welcomed but not required.
