At Enopoly Empire, we're looking for someone who wants to build something, not just manage what's already in place.

We're in the process of expanding our warehouse into a full-service 3PL operation, and we need someone who can take ownership of that process. This isn't a position where you'll simply oversee employees and shipments. You'll help build the operation from the ground up by creating systems, improving processes, developing our team, and helping us grow.

We're looking for someone who understands warehouse operations, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to create structure. The right person will be comfortable making decisions, holding people accountable, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and profitability.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Help build and launch our 3PL warehouse operation.

Develop warehouse processes that are organized, efficient, and easy for the team to follow.

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functions.

Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Build, train, and develop a dependable warehouse team.

Set clear expectations and performance goals for employees.

Track productivity and hold the team accountable for results.

Understand the actual cost of operating the warehouse, including labor, supplies, shipping, storage, and overhead.

Work with ownership to develop pricing for our 3PL services based on real operating costs.

Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability.

Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse operations.

Help develop reporting and performance metrics that allow us to measure success.

Continue improving processes as the business grows.

Has 10 + years experience managing warehouse or fulfillment operations.

Understands inventory management and warehouse workflows.

Has experience building or improving warehouse processes.

Can create systems instead of relying on memory.

Is comfortable leading people and holding them accountable.

Thinks like an owner and looks for ways to improve the business.

Understands that profitability starts with knowing your numbers.

Can balance day-to-day operations while planning for future growth.
