Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $58.1 - $61.1 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows
• Support current state and future state process analysis to identify gaps, impacts, and execution considerations
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution artifacts using approved tools and templates
• Ensure requirements and documentation are accurate, complete, and traceable
• Support execution of assigned deliverables by maintaining backlog readiness, dependencies, and execution artifacts
• Assist with refinement to ensure work items meet definition of ready standards
