Full-time and contract roles we’re hiring for right now. Integrated Marketing Lead You translate business goals into clear, integrated marketing strategies that connect brand and performance. You develop go-to-market plans, guide execution across channels, and make sure the work delivers meaningful, measurable impact. WLCR is immediately seeking an contractor to drive growth strategies for our clients across outdoor, lifestyle, and CPG brands. In this role, you will build engaged communities, develop influencer and affiliate partnerships, and execute channel strategies that connect directly to commerce in TikTok Shop and IG Shop. This role is responsible for conversion-focused content-driven campaigns that turn audiences into customers and works closely with our content creation an paid media teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing brand channels across social and translating that growth into e-commerce revenue. Paid Media Specialists A data-driven paid media specialist fluent across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and beyond — from campaign architecture and audience targeting to real-time optimization and performance reporting. You know how each platform thinks, and you know how to make the budget work harder. Content Creators You translate brands into native-feeling content across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You concept and execute with platform intuition and bring a brand lens to everything you make. You get up to speed on a client’s voice, audience, and goals quickly — and turn that into content that drives real engagement, whether organic or paid. Producers Equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and organizer. You keep things moving without losing sight of why the work matters. Comfortable leading conversations, making judgment calls, and stepping in when things need to pivot. You think beyond checklists and scopes, care deeply about client outcomes and take pride in helping teams do their best work. You’re the one who makes it happen.
