The Marketing Coordinator I is responsible for supporting our Skanska Integrated Solutions team’s overall sales and marketing efforts by taking on responsibilities including but not limited to: Assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations Shadowing senior staff on large, complex pursuit efforts Coordinating client interview preparations like travel and meeting rooms Managing the marketing team’s supplies and equipment Collecting and entering information into our project database Assisting in internal and external event planning A Day in the Life: Updating resumes and project sheets Participating in a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team Gathering information for proposal(s) Integrating with the operations team to learn about our services Marketing Coordinator I Required Qualifications: 1+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity 1+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 1 years prior relevant experience.
